Biography
Psychologist and Environmental Consultant. He did doctoral studies in the Department of Personality, Evaluation and Psychological Treatment of the UNED. Chief of Brigade in a Forest Fire Service with more than 20 years of experience. He collaborates with several companies and institutions in the area of training in Psychology in Emergencies and Human Resources. He is Professor at the University of Valencia in the Master in "Intervention and operational coordination in emergencies and catastrophes" and other postgraduate courses on emergencies. Director and President of the International Scientific-Professional Committee of the National Symposium on Forest Fires (SINIF). He has lectured internationally and has been part of the Organizing Committee of several International Congresses on Earth Sciences and Climate Change. He is part of the Editorial Board of several international scientific journals. He has published articles on forest fires, stress, psychosocial risks and emotional trauma, mainly in relation to emergency services and natural disasters. Currently, he is assigned to the Research Group on "Climate and Territorial Planning" (University of Alicante), where he researches on the social perception of forest fire risk and behavior in the event of possible disasters.

Biography
Dr.T.S.Devaraja, Professor of Commerce and farmer Director of Post Graduate Centre, University of Mysore, Hassan, India. He received his Master of Commerce Post Graduate Degree and Ph.D., degree in Commerce from the University of Mysore. Devaraja is the Post Doctoral Fellow from the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. He is DAAD Fellow by India and Germany international collaborative project - UGC- DAAD-PPP-2013. Dr. Devaraja worked with this collaborative project titled “An Economic Evaluation of Multi Commodity Exchange in Marketing of Carbon Credits in the framework of UNFCCC- Indian to Germanyâ€, in collaboration with Faculty of Economics, Chair for Energy Trading and Financial Services, University of Duisburg, Essen, Germany. He is the lead collaborator for two international projects in the area of Clean Development Mechanism and carbon credits marketing. Devaraja is a visiting research fellow, University of Presov, Faculty of Management, Presov, SLOVAKIA,(2009-2010). Dr.Devaraja is a GIAN course coordinator and published 75 research papers and advisory board member for more than 80 national and international conferences, published six book in his research area. And won five national awards.

Biography
Carlos Oliveira Augusto (Ba, MSc) is a researcher, teacher and ecopreneur with background in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Management. He is the CEO & Founder of FACTOR4Sustainability, an innovative company specialized in Sustainability, Circular Economy and Sustainable Construction. He has co-organized and launched in 2017 the first post graduated course on Circular Economy in Portugal and has published in several proceedings and jounals. Together with CITAD and the Portuguese Agency for Science, Research and Technology (FCT) has launched a book on Sustainble Construction. He is Ambassador of Alliance SDGs Portugal with special focus on Goal 9: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure.
