The Energy Policy Act, successful October 24, 1992, (102nd Congress H.R.776.ENR, abridged as EPACT92) is a United States government act. It was passed by Congress and set objectives, made orders, and altered utility laws to build clean vitality utilize and enhance general vitality productivity in the United States.
